This pawrent just welcomed home a new feline friend, a sleek black American Shorthair, and the whole experience feels a little suspurrcious. Most cats raise a chorus of meows on car rides, but this cool kitty only chimed in for a couple minutes before calmly gazing out the window like a seasoned traveler. Once home, he strolled into his isolation room, ate, drank, used the litter box, and didn’t even bother with the classic “hide under the furniture” routine. To add to the plot twist, when the resident door-opening cat barged in, the two got along without any hissterics.
Now this handsome boy is happily snoozing on the bed, following his new hooman around like a loyal shadow, and even tolerating cuddles without a single squirm. For someone used to cats being sassy little enigmas, it’s baffling to have such a purrfectly behaved companion. To top it off, while the rescue says he’s four, his lanky legs, oversized ears, and fuzzy kitten vibe are making everyone question his age. Either way, he’s already stealing hearts and clearly knows he’s landed on his paws.
