Not all companies are shady like this one. Some try to go through the correct steps when it comes to letting someone go. It should never be an easy thing for a company to do. That decision means completely flipping a person’s life upside. So we sure hope that when the decision is made to fire someone, it is made with a lot of thought, professionalism, and empathy for the fired employee.
Unfortunately, with the rate these stories online come out about shady companies, we’re starting to think that mutual respect and care between companies and their employees is just a fantasy…
That’s why we cheer on this person! It’s scary to have to face an old job within a court of law, but this man did it and won! As long as you have a strong case, you do your research, and hire the right people, you’re golden.
